A simple place for the Dupixent Commercial Team — the Alliance behind Dupixent — to return to before, during, and after the work: decisions, method, fieldwork, evidence, recommendation, and handover materials.

Step 1 · The project space

A place for the work to live.

This Strategy Lab gives the Dupixent Commercial Team one simple place to explore the project: the method, the fieldwork, the evidence, the recommendation, and the final handover.

Method Fieldwork Evidence Recommendation Handover
Step 2 · Before, during, after

Built for the full project, not just the proposal.

Before fieldwork, it frames the decisions in play. During fieldwork, it houses the live read. After the project, it becomes the record: outputs, evidence, materials, slides, spreadsheets, and SOPs.

Step 3 · Why it exists

Designed to help the strategy stick.

Every page is built around the same imperative: keep the Respiratory Vision clear, make the Asthma and COPD agendas usable, and help teams return to the logic when decisions move downstream.

Return to the logic
Step 4 · How it can be hosted

Simple, controlled, and client-owned.

The site can be shared as a simple project microsite, or packaged for the Dupixent Commercial Team to host locally if needed. No extra platform behaviour is required. Just clear pages, structured evidence, and useful project memory.

Step 5 · What we need to lock

The kick-off turns the space into the working brief.

The first job is alignment: what we are testing, what success looks like, which recommendations are needed, and which inputs are required before fieldwork begins.

Open decisions · the alignment we need at kick-off
Decision 01
What goes into fieldwork?Confirm the Asthma agenda, COPD agenda, competitor stimulus, and any combined Respiratory Vision material.
Decision 02
What will count as success?Agree what evidence is needed to show the Vision is clear, usable, distinctive, and ready to carry forward.
Decision 03
What decisions must the work support?Define the final calls needed: what to protect, sharpen, flex, support, or change.
Decision 04
Allergists in the US — in or out?Our advice: keep allergists out of the US duos. We can discuss including them separately as IDIs if their view is needed.

Outstanding questions
Stimulus: single combined detail, or separate by indication?
Comparators: confirm Tezspire (Asthma) and Nucala (COPD) as the fronts.
Success: what confidence level signs off the agenda?
Inputs: brand materials needed to seed the Analytics Lab.

Practical detail — recruitment, facilities, and materials — is shared by email and tracked here, so the open decisions and the moving parts sit in one place.
